Need 60 Vette 4 Speed Tranny Pics

This 60 Vette was original save the transmission ( a 1964 Muncie was swapped in 1964). I have since aquired an original correct date coded 4 speed Vette 4 speed transmission. I had to buy a shifter and rods / shift rod arms from Corvette Central.

Can anyone send me some close up pics of the linkage attached to the transmission and shifter with the tranny in the "nuetral" position? I have the gauge to set up the linkage / rods for the nuetral position, but I would like to have a few pictures of the shift arms, rods, etc., as examples of how the components look on the tranny shift arms and the linkage. in particular the position of the arms with the tranny in neutral.

I'm pretty sure there would be a picture in the AM. Also Corvette Central's catalog has a picture of how the linkage goes on page 118. Surprised you didn't ask them when you bought the shifter.

Here's a photo of a '57-'58 T-10 that may be helpful - note that the 1-2 and 3-4 rods cross each other.

Yours will look a lot like John's picture, but the side cover will have a reinforcement bar that runs between the front and rear bosses on the aluminum side cover.

James, you might think about ordering the C1 Restorer CD-ROM from the NCRS store as there's lots of good information on them. They're also searchable. JMHO, Gary....
