    1957 Trunk Tool Clips

Which tool clips should be installed in '57's between #'s 1200 and 1300? Is it possible they be the same as '56? 'Left and right the same or different?

    Pictures of originals available?

    Thanks!

Mike, thank you. That is very generous. I am just trying to verify what I have installed now. I have what I believe are original in my trunk. They appear to have never been removed and appear installed before the trunk was painted. Clips and screws painted, inlcuding screw slots. The clips are different from each other. I will try to get pictures and post for verification.

Steve, trunk clips were the same on both sides until ? (sorry am traveling and don't have my documentation with me). They had 2 metal prongs that went into holes in the fiberglass and were secured with one screw. When the change over was made to the later style "hook" clip on the right hand side a second screw was added to the left clip. If you'll remind me after Feb 1st. will add to this post with photos. Steve,
My early 57 #809 has the same clip on both sides. They each have the 2 tabs and one screw which goes through the rear tab hole.
