Replacement Fan Clutch part number

I need to purchase a GM replacement fan clutch for my '69 427/390HP; anybody know the correct part number for this unit?

I have R.Bizzoco's '69 Stingray Guidebook and he shows 2 part numbers specific to 69 427s. If I look on Pacific Corvettes, Paragon, Dr Rebuild, etc, they show one item and part number for 60 to 71 for all engines.

Is there something I can pick up from a local parts house or Chevy dealer today?

I believe the part number is 3916141. You can get it at your friendly Chevy dealer, but the list price is pretty high.

An ebay seller named "thepartsladi" usually has them for $90 if you do not want the GM box, or $175 if you do. The two items are identical other than the packaging.

Agree with Joel. Chevrolet should have, but it could be pricey $$$. Other sources should also have available for around $100. You should not have to pay more than this for the new fan clutch.

See if your local GM parts guy will discount to this amount. Some will provide discounts rather than lose the sale.

Paragon has them for $125.00 (less your 10% NCRS discount).

There were at least 2 different fan clutches used for 1969 big blocks. The GM #3916141 was one of them and, for about the last 30 years, it's been the only one available from GM or anyone else that's close to the original configuration.
