Joel, I just went on ebay and the two I was looking at are gone---and I did not save them to My Ebay. The Analyzer, as I recall, was in MI and a pick up only. The other was a pick up or $1,000 shipping---to discourage shipping. Unfortunately I can't remember pricing but seem to recall high $300 (a deal) the last I saw it. I assume weight for themachines runs in the 100 lbs-150 lbs range with machine, base if separate (I believe the later ones were) andmanuals, etc. Just a guess.

I picked up a Sun 1115 analyzer for $300.00. After an hour of polishing and waxing it looked like it came out of the box. Over the years I purchased five new Sun analyzers. Each was light years ahead of the prior models.

The SUN tester looks like it was just removed from a garage, grease every where. I plan on cleaning, replacing the frayed wires and evaluating what is needed to get it operating. I would like to thank all that have responded to this thread, very helpful information.

Chuck and Dave Anderson (Performance Automotive) 817.763.8115 and Bill Ford (Precision Engine Machine) 912.863.3973 both have Sun Distributer machines. They are great guys and woyld probably help you get to know your new acquisition. Tell them Jim White says, "HI" if you call.

When I opened the mail yesterday I found an original manual for a SUN Distributor Machine. (What a "GREAT" late Christmas present) On the manual was a note:
"Hope this helps you, Stay warm" Regards Gary

People like Gary are what makes the NCRS a great organization. Gary, it is going to be below "0" this week with highs in the single digits to low teens. It will be hard to stay warm.
