Interesting 1964 Document

Hi all,

First let me wish everyone here a Happy New Year. Thanks for all the help this past year and whats to come for this year.

I wanted to pass along an interesting form that was included in some recent paperwork I received from the original owner. He has been searching in closets, old file cabinets, attic boxes..etc and has found so far a wealth of forms he kept from my car. I truly feel very lucky to have made contact with all the owners and especially the original owner. He explained to me that Don Morrow the original salesman who sold him the car was a good friend of his and passed along everything possible during and after the sale. Not sure why other than they were friends. What a treasure chest of items I have been blessed with. Anyway has anyone see one of these? It appears to be pre-delivery sheet the dealer used to check in the car. I have something very similar to this for my newer GMC Yukon so it's understandable the dealer did this then. Any comments are appreciated.

Neat deal! Wish I had one for my '67 coupe or '68 convertible, but no luck. I do however have one for my '51 Ford club coupe. Not quite as comprehensive as this, but nice to have.

Craig, I have similiar sheets for my '77 and '78. A service tech. at the dealership signed off on a few things saying they were operational. I also have a sheet identifying transit damage, mainly paint scratches.

Thanks Joe. I will leave it unlocked for you. No reason to make it more difficult to get in and go. At least you can count on the fuel gauge being accuarate. Thanks again.
