58-60 Taillight Lenses on eBay

Hi all,

I have noticed an issue on reproduction 58-60 taillight lenses that two different sellers are calling new and came that way. At the tail end of the lenses at the end of the stainless strip, the plastic has a notch cut out when it should continue all around. Both tell me they have sold other ones of these and I am the first one who has inquired. Is whoever is reproducing these lenses selling a bad batch or what? Here is the eBay item number for the latest I've seen: 110332161767.
