C2 Headlight Motor Rebuild Question

Happy Holidays to ALL!!

I am needing to have some Mid Year Headlight Motors rebuilt. Does anyone have experience with a vendor who can do this correclty and at a reasonable cost? I would appreciate any feedback from folks who have either done it themselves, or have someone they know who is good.

Try Steve Hack of Eastern corvettes. He did mine and does excellent wrk and good turn around time. his ad is in Driveline

This is relatively easy to do, most only need cleaning and lube to be returned to tip top shape. There are a number of articles avalable that give step by step directions on just how to do the job. Check the archives here I'm sure you will find all the info you need and you'll save some money at the same time. Hope this helps Jeff. P.S. I did this myself and I'm no rocket sceintist.

If you just want a rebuild I agree there simple and have rebuilt some. But if you want them restored and looking new I would send them out.
