Here is one on a 1960 it needs to be painted body color. Mine was missing from a repaint about 20 years ago, but the hole were there and matched pefrectly with the ones I bought also from Corvette Central. THe use a trushead phillips screw to attach.

Thanks Philip. The ones I received from CC are pointed on one end and flat on the other. When did you get yours ?

Here a scan of the specific page from my 1960 AIM that shows the "gutter". The ones off my car were pretty rotten with rust holes. Got replacements from Paragon and they worked fine. We used seam sealer between the gutter and hinge pillar. Installed prior to painting.

John, I be it was July 2009, and it is the part number you used. There are 2 styles 56-57 and 57L to 62 and you may have the wrong ones
from your description is sounds like the first one.

1956-7 short drip rails were 3727613 and 3727614. Change over was after end of 1957 year model production. Long drip rails are 3746117 and 3746118. P&A shows changed part number effective 11/1/57.
