    67 BB Front end "droop"

I replaced my original springs a few years ago during a restoration with a set of NOS ones.
The front end was drooping with the originals, although they did not have any rust/scaling on them.
Installe the new ones and about 2 yrs later I have the droop back. It's not excessive, the car just looks better with the front a little higher.

Has anyone used the spring spacers Dr Rebuild sells for front springs? Are they visible when installed?

Dont know about Dr. Rebuilds spacers, but my BB,390,AC,PS,PW,PB ect. 67 came with rubber pads on the ends. And while I have no proof, I think they were factory installed. Not seen as installed.

i had a 67 390 ac powerglide coupe, fairly lo miles and it too had the spacers. also seem to recall the 67 400 ac coupe i restored years ago, and parted with, had them too. the 67 435 AIR coupe i restored more recently does not have the spacers. mikie
