painting 63 wheels

Hey everybody, I have some 63 wheels I need to paint and was wondering if anybody has the paint codes for the correct semi gloss on the inside and the gloss on the exterior. I was told the wheels were all dipped in semi gloss black and the outside was later painted gloss black. What kind of paint was used and should one be able to see runs on the inside if they were dipped?

First question that comes to mind;

Are you going to use them on a car which came with white wall tires or black walls? Mine came with black walls, so my outside color is Daytona Blue - same as the body. All white wall equipped cars, of course, came with the gloss black outside.

Gene -

The outer face of the wheel was sprayed with gloss wheel enamel. Any semi-gloss black should work fine on the rest of the wheel.
