I can give you the specs on a GM #1115360. However, I do not show the VC-1615 as being a replacement for it. In fact, I can't find a VC-1615 at all. In any event, the GM #1115360 vacuum control is as follows:

maximum crankshaft degrees of advance= 12 degrees @ 12 inches vacuum

inches of vacuum to start plunger= 7 inches

I show the following part numbers as being equivalent to the 1115360:

NAPA/Echlin----VC1765SB

Standard Motor Parts----VC24A

Delco----D1383X

New GM #-----19138049

All of the above are stamped "B10"
