    1973 smog pump

    can anyone post a picture of a 73 engine compartment with a L-48 engine and an automatic trans. I need to see how the vacuum lines run from the smog pump to the TSC switch.

      There are NO vacuum lines which run from the smog pump to the TCS switch or anywhere else, for that matter. There is only 1 vacuum line that runs from the diverter valve to a nipple on the right side of the carburetor.

          The picture in Dr. Rebuild's catalog shows the way vacumn lines are run.Their are pictures of different engines and transmissions.

              In 78, the AIM has a schematic of emission hose routing...I take it that that schematic had yet to be developed and published in the AIM in 73?
