    1965/66 KO's

From what I have been able to put together, some factory original steel wheels were Date Coded with MMYY, some with just YY, and some with NO Date Code.

Is the same true for original KO's or are they all Date Coded MMDDYY?

George -- I think you're right on both counts, although I've always thought that 15 x 5_1/2 JK steel wheels that were missing a month stamping was just due to sloppy positioning of the gang vs. the curvature of the rim.

For the St.Louis-installed KO's, there's also the prefix letter; various interpretations [ shift, assembly station ] except there seems to be more than just A, B, C, D stampings.
