I just posted this same reply in another thread.

On another Forum, Wilcox Corvettes posted that they had developed birdcage dimensional specs for 68 up cars. Perhaps they can help you with dmensions for your mid-year birdcage. Good Luck!"

Caledonia Classics in Belding, Michigan (888-245-5224) is tooling up to reproduce all the parts in the midyear birdcage (in addition to the parts they make already); don't know if they'd be willing to help you or not.
