removing the front felt runners out of the door post 62

how do remove the front runners out of the door post? I removed the screws though it looks like there are pins in the post which are holding the runner in place. What is the best way to remove the pins without damaging the post? I need to remove the rivets out of the post without damaging the post. How should I remove the rivets?

Also, same question for the top windshield? How do I remove the brace in the top windshield channel? Or the best method to remove it?

you've already removed the machine screw but there are still soft aluminum rivets that need to go. i use a long( about 18") flat blade screw driver prying between the runner and the door post..mike
