Very interesting auction, but the asking price and buy it now seems outrageous to me. Do you think the first bidder is a shill bidder? Or is that really what its worth?

If someone wants to pay 25 grand for a title to a car they don't own, more power to them.

Hmmm, interesting legal paradox.
If the title is legit and properly transferred, would the buyer not become the owner?
Then there would be the dilemma of actual possession of the car, Or building said car.
Lawyers could have a ball with this one.
