Hi All,

Could someone confirm what standard wheels (rims) for a '61 look like?

I am trying to confirm if the rear of the proper wheels have the dogbone cutouts. The JM indicates the wheels are welded with nubs on the face, but it is silent regarding the possibility of the dogbone cutouts.

Also, did the wheels have 3 or 4 nubs on the face.

Hi Dennis,

Although it a pretty rough example, the wheel sold on this recent auction is the correct configuration for the 61 and 62s.

I believe the dogbones ended late in the 60 model year.
