I have never seen a window sticker for a 63 but have a couple of pictures of original 64 window stickers. Perm Anti-Freeze was definately not on the 64 window stickers.

Nothing about coolant on mine (window sticker), or any of my other order/invoice documents.

Mine was built on Tuesday, July 9th, 1963. Just checked again, no mention of Anti-Freeze on any documents.
