Park Brake Cable 63?

I have a park brake cable in a GM box. The part number on the box is 03842936. Can anyone tell me what this cable is for? The cable portion seems to long for the 63.
Looking at a bolt in the AIM for a 63 has part number 122027 it holds the park brake cable in place under the floor. Would like to know the size and length ect for this bolt?

The cable you have is for 1964-1966. The 1963 cable # is 3819092.
