where can I find paint to restore these faces?

Gilbert, the gauge faces including redline are silkscreened so there really isn't any paint available. You can get paint for the needle but not the actual gauge face. You can order a replacement gauge face from one of the vendors, or you can send your original out to have it silkscreened.
