    Reliable Auto Transport

I am getting quotes for enclosed transportation for my 66 from Atlanta to Portland OR. I don't think I got the correct Reliable Transport company mentioned in the archives. Google gave many Reliable transporters.

Their quote was low and not on a letter head.

Does someone have the correct phone or web address for THE Reliable Transport Company.

My 1962 Gulf Oil racer was tranported across the country a number of times to different Corvette shows--I was always very happy with Interstate. That's also who Chip Miller used for Carlisle Productions transportation. Not cheap, but very particular and careful.

You might also want to check with Plycar. They came highly recommended to me, and I've been using them pretty frequently recently and have had excellent results.

Plycon Transportation Group from Kings Park, NY, specializes in the warehousing and transport. Transporting vehicles across the country.

Interstate is the best. You'll pay for it but NO worries. Back in 2001 I had "unReliable" ship a car. Supposed to be enclosed. Shipped in Jan from Fla. and during the auctions. The car went on a US tour. Sat in Michigan warehouse for 3 weeks OUTDOORS. I got the car 5 weeks later. Filthy delivered at 9PM. I wouldnt believe em if they told me what time it is.

Not familiar with Interstate? I've used Intercity and was very pleased.

My fault. Should be Intercity. Out of the east coast.
