C1 Tail light blown fuse

When I adjust the dimmer on my head light switch I blow the top fuse on my 1960. This causes me to lose tail, brake and dash lighting.

Does this usually mean by head light switch is bad ?

That would be an place to start. So nothing happens until you adjust the dash lights? Yes, I would try there first. It is the easiest.
