    436 20 Ls-5

I have what I believe to be the original vacuum can on my 1971 LS-5 distributor it is marked 436 20 does anyone know if that is indeed the right number? Also I think that it is still functional , but can one of these be restored? Thanks

Kelly -- From what I can glean from the Delco spec books, your 1973436 is what is called out for '71 LS5 distributor 1112051. And the vac unit spec for the "436" shows max. advance as 10 distrib. degrees (or 20 crank degrees).
