    Keys-Pre 1963

    Did any original keys that were shipped with pre-1963 GM cars have the B15 designation on them? I know this is the type of key used on all GM locks from 1935-1966 but was this stamped into any of the keys? Thanks for your help.

      Keys-Pre 1963; should not have B15 on them

      Jeff,

      Original Corvette keys (53 thru 66) that used the groove 15 keyway never had a B15 embossing. The B15 only appears on aftermarket keys.
