What was the length and what writing was on the "nut" that screws onto the tack drive on a '58? I have a cable that may be original but it says something like "AC Sparkplug Division" on it. I thought at Waco, Dennis indicated it said something like "AC Made in USA" Thanks, Ted

Nice seeing you in Waco this year. Temp sender says AC Made in usa. Cable say s AC Spark Plug Div. Length is about 59 1/8 inch , i believe........Steven..........

Steven, Thanks. It looks like the cable I took off of the '58 may have been the original then. Any ideas on how to restore the metal sheathing? Thanks, TedComment
