    Unknown distributor

    Anybody know what a delco distributor 1110935 is for? It is a dual point, and looks similar to an 891 distributor.

    Ed, I checked my 66 67 71 and 84 (53-82 rev. in 84) parts books. None list it! I'll check some other books when I go in the office Tuesday.

        Ed,
        Could the 3 actually be a hard to read 8? That would make this a 1110985, the dual point unit for the '62 340 horse motor.

          Not a 985, the configuration is all wrong for a 985. A 985 is a tach drive distributor, this isn't. The date code is 9D27 (April 27, 1959). The configuration looks a lot like a 57-61 981 distributor. Really has me puzzled.

            Ed, how about this;

            The distributor pn 1110935 was used by Flagship Marine (Owens) in thier 59 to 69 Corvette conversion engines.

            Google this "1110935 gm distributor".
            You should get a number of hits with Arcadia Gas Engine being first on the list, click on it. Go to page 11 or 12 and the distributor is listed.

            It appears to be used in boats in Canada.
