I know this should be in the Judging Reference Manual but I am not finding it. How many points are needed for the Master Tabulator award ?

Same as Master Judge -- just that the points come from tabulating rather than judging.
Edit add: 100 raw points, or a level 10

I think you get five points per meet for tabulating no matter how many days you work at one event.

Lyle is right. You get 5 points per meet for tabbing regardless of whether it is a chapter, regional or national meet. The magic number is 100 for a Master Tab. There is, however, no award for any tabbing beyond 100 points. Maybe there should be?
