Source for 71 seat belt parts

I'm helping with a pretty original 71--with red belts. He needs the part on the male buckle that is silver (not chrome) and snaps over the portion where the webbing passes over the striated bar. He also needs the rectangular vinyl/rubber/plastic (not sure what they are) sleeve that holds the end of the fabric to the rest of the fabric. Are there other passenger cars that have these pieces? Someone that reproduces them?

Thanks. I know all about Charlie---I'm looking more for those items that might cross over from other models than for an actual seatbelt restorer.
