    Dennis-----

For 1967 L-79 (350 hp 327cid) a 12-3/4" flywheel was originally used which had 153 teeth on the ring gear.

Only TWO size flywheels were EVER used for Corvettes at least through 2004 and as follows:

    C1----all were 14", 168 tooth

    C2----all 327, 396, and L-88 were 12-3/4", 153 tooth; all 427 except L-88 were 14", 168 tooth

    C3----1968 with 327 and all L-88 were 12-3/4", 153 tooth; 427 except L-88 were 14", 168 tooth

    1969-81----all 14", 168 tooth except L-88, ZL-1, and ZR-1. L-88, ZL-1, and ZR-1 were 12-3/4", 153 tooth

    C4----all were 12-3/4", 153 tooth

    C5----all were 14", 168 tooth
