          Reba et al,
The photo of the label I posted is not on a car. It was a loose label that I came across somewhere. No help using it for any research.

I have a label that is made out of the fiberglass material with a 11-23-71 date code and 327568 part number. The peel-off backing has FASSON CRACK'N PEEL BADGE Avery-Dennison. Would this be the repo label?

I went to the Avery website and they are an old company started in 1935. They still sell (FASSON CRACK'N PEEL) so they have used this name a long time or that is new paper. I would guess repo but with a little more work the paper backing with that logo should be able to be tracked to tell when this logo was first used.
I saw a label at Bloomington swap meet when it was in Springfield with the backing for $35. but I walked away. I went back a few hours later to buy it and it had been sold. This is a good reason to pay the price if you need a part and don't wait for the price to go down at a swap meet. At the time I didn't really need the label.
