A littlle rust spot in the middle, time for Quanta? Tank sticker is safe.

Jack, I used a gas tank sealer kit on my 66 about ten years a go and it sealed a pin hole leak that has not caused any more trouble. Kit had a chain,(to knock rust and crud loose) a cleaner, an etching liquid and a two part sealer. Had my doubts but it worked

Quanta makes a real nice gas tank. I have installed two of them. On cars that are driven I don't like to patch gas tanks or radiators.

Thanks, the tank has to come down due to the fact I can see the leak above the spare tire shield. I'll go for the new tank.
