Help, searching for a gallon of original Polo White lacquer. Not the new stuff.

Hi All,

I am in the middle of doing 56 car #10 and would really like to put the old lacquer on it. Car is Polo White. Does anyone know of some that could be purchased? Price not an object within reason. I have the silver but did not think ahead far enough to buy the white back when. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I hate to put single stage on the car. Thanks in advance for any help. Michael, you want to make sure you have the '56 Corvette silver which was used for 56-7 coves. It IS NOT Inca Silver. Know your using lacquer, but the only remix that's ever been done as far as I know is in new 2 part Dupont. I have the offset for the '56 Corvette silver and a spray out. Had spray out analyzed and crossed to current lacquer. Gary....

Just had my 55 done in laquer. For Polo white my painter used PPG Acrilic Laquer ddl 829 and for sportsman red used ddl 71416D

Very pleased with result.
