Formula Mosport Green for PPG base coat/Clear

I am planning to paint my 66 Corvette Mosport Green and I am finding it difficult to obtain the correct formula for PPG base coat/clear paint.

What I need is a formula similar to the one below for Milano Maroon.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated,

Out of curiousity, why can't your painter work with the Aussie local PPG distributor using the PPG blend code to get to the paint's composition specifics?

I went down this road with the premier Corvette painter in England (Mech Spray) back in '97 and once he discovered a source for blend code(s), he didn't have a problem with getting paints blended for him from European supply sources...
