Just take a look at the garage door and use your imagination on how to secure it.
My stategy is to keep the thief out of my garage. When we're away, I use a chain and padlock at each corner of the garage door. (A friend had a thief pry open his garage door.) For the grade door, I use a handle lock, a deadbolt, and a 2X4 wedged from the grade door to the raised concrete pad at the front of the garage. A thief would have to demolish the door to get in. I also have a deadbolt on the house-to-garage door that uses a different key than the house locks. (We've left house keys with friends and neighbors, and my son just had his keys stolen.) There are no windows in the garage.
