Go to www.usedcorvettesforsale.com. This web site will give you the asking prices for complete cars in varying condition throughout the Country. Find an average of what comparable cars are selling for. The posts are mainly from dealers, so take between 10% and 20% off (or sometimes more). Then make your deductions for condition and work needed.
Without doing any research, I think that the other guys' estimates are pretty close.
