    62 FI choke wire

Anyone know the approximate length of the electric choke wire that runs from the ballast resistor to the female connector/ wire attached to the choke cover on a 62 FI ?

    Thanks,
    Joe

14 inches from the center of the ring terminal to the end of the connector that attaches to the FI choke lead, at least per the factory print.

Bill & Joe, I just measured an original and it matches the print. Actually it's a tad shorter but close enough. Did you ever wonder why the factory uses such a long harness going from the choke wire to the BR. Very sloppy job. JD
