    ebay 67 trim tag

    I know there are cars out there with no codes for the exterior and interior. but why would there be no codes but on the tank sticker it shows a standard color combo

      I have no idea, but it is an interesting car and auction so I'm bumping this up to the top. I am assuming someone here will know.

          The 67 in discussion is my car. It is all true, the tag is original and very interesting. The car was expedited, by Mr. Estes according to a letter written on April 29, 1967 and the telegram also dated April 29. The tank sticker date is dated the same date as the air mail stamping on the envelope. The tank sheet and the POP show it ordered white with bright blue. I have been told that the St. Louis plant had "several" Michigan cars available , so if something happened to a car being built, they had a body ready to paint and trim as needed. The tag is a Iona MI one has been viewed by several offical judges and several others gave it the magnify glass look. All agreed it is real, all agreed they had never seen one. Sell as I had it BG Judged, ready for Bow Tie judging. Even 7 of the original plug wires are on it.
