Chicago Area Transport

Wondering if any Chicago area members can recommend a local company who might provide enclosed transport for one Vette to and from Lake Forest to the Don Stevens Convention Center in Rosemont (22 miles) in November for Chevy Vettefest?

Unpredictable weather that time of year suggests enclosed transport but I wouldn't absolutely rule out a "roll back".

Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi Bill,
you could try Lake Forest Sportscars. The have re-located to Lake Bluff, but, close enough. 847-296-6560
They have their own trailers and sub-out with several others.
Ask for the Service Manager
Their product line is the big ticket stuff, but, the owner is actually, a Corvette guy as well.

I can appreciate your concerns for that time of year. Have often wondered how the participants manage the weather issues. Being a Floridian now, I only expose myself to the elements getting in and out of the shuttle bus (O'Hare to Hyatt and back). Then I use the heated enclosed walkway back and forth to the show.

Looking forward to seeing you there. Is that the car in your header that you'll have there?
