Wiper motor wiring

OK, looked at three wiring diagrams and the ST-12, can't see where the hot wire for the wiper motor comes from on my '55. I know it grounds to the engine, via a valve cover bolt, but where should I tap for the hot wire? Run it off fuse panel? If so, what amp fuse? TIA

The wiper motor doesn't show on the '56-'57 diagrams either, but its brown power wire was connected to the ignition switch side of the ballast resistor (and that circuit wasn't fused).
