Someone in a recent thread noted a need for tips on how to troubleshoot and repair a voltage regulator (I can't remember who).
Regardless, as a partial distraction during this "thrilling" VP debate, I thought that it might be helpful to scan and compile 10 pages from an original Delco-Remy Service manual on the subject, circa 1953. It is loaded with helpful illustrations and photos and I am sure that it applies right through the era of regulators and generators.
I would like to attach it here but it is larger than the < 1MB file size allowed. I will be happy to send it to anyone on request. Send me an email at mbovino@uniclean.com.
Or if someone can advise how to attach the 3.5MB Word document (I don't have a zip utility) please let me know.
Thanks.
