If you have the last issue of the driveline handy (issue #183) its on page 106 and 107 you might even try the online version of the driveline and see if you can download the same pages. I'm going to try it now and see if I can do it, good luck

Ken, I did it, I went to the online version of the driveline and once i was there, there was a choice to navigate to numbered pages of the driveline and there was also a choice for registration forms click on that and you should be good to go!,I think you have to have Adobe acrobat installed in order to read it.If I new more about computers i probably could post the link for those pages, But I'm lucky I could even get this far
