C-1 Distributor Tag

I have 1960 Corvette(270HP) with a correct replacement distributor that has the wrong date code. I lost one point for the date in judging. If I replace the tag with a reproduction tag with the correct date will I lose points for having a reproduction tag? Thanks for your input.

Only if the reproduction tag differs in appearance from an original tag.

And there's some controversy whether they're supposed to be red or silver.

I have an original1962 one and it is aluminum / silver.
