Re: 1970 Dealership Award Program
Hi Kevin,
That's pretty interesting. I can't quite read the fine print. It looks like the salesman could earn points and redeem them for the items shown. How many points were some the items and what did it take to earn a certain number of points?

It seems pretty tough to earn enough points but the salesman would earn 1000 points for each unit sold between Jan 1 and Feb 28 1970 the dealership would qualify for an additional 600 points for each unit above there "objective" and another 3000 points for each after the "objective was reached but before the end of Feb.
Example ...........Pool Table 42,400 points
Movie Camera 47,000 points
Golf Clubs 10,000 points
These guys had to sell a lot of cars!
Regards,
Kevin

Re: 1970 Dealership Award Program
Hi Kevin,
That would be about 1 car per day to earn the pool table. I have no idea... did/could a salesman at a regular sized dealership sell a car a day during the winter?
Nice find for you!
