C1 oil cap trivia

To tell the difference between a repro and original oil cap for a C1 is to know Gene a long 40 year friend repro'ed them years ago.Reversing the AC box to CA .
The repro oil cap letter OIL is smaller then the original larger letter OIL
Inside the he used a flat rivet where the original oil cap used a pop type rivet
The corners are sharper where the original was more curved .
