I have been keeping a mid year on a 2 post lift for a good 8 years now. I drive it maybe once a month and notice no differenc compared to my 2 that are stored on the ground.

      Jeff,

Since you have a Mohawk lift take a look at the following link:

I had been looking at Mohawk lifts a while back (still haven't made a decision) but these adaptors looked like a neat way to have both worlds. They are probably pricey and I don't know if they are compatible with your model but thought I would offer the comment.

Very interesting - might ask Mark Tulley since he's a lift professional if he's had any experience with 2 post tire support attachments. Mark's a TDB Member if he doesn't respond send him an e-mail. Gary....

4" with 6 bag or 4000 psi mix, wire mech and a good 21AA sub base is a must,
will do the trick for a 3 ton lift

Any chance of an earthquake where you live?

              Just a thought...

No - Not much chance of earthquakes in South Florida.

Hurricanes - that is another story.

There was a story in the Restorer years ago about a 62 that was left up and came down sideways in an earthquake. It even had pictures if I remember right. Don H.

Better put some furniture pads under the cover, if the cat isn't de-clawed. I doubt it is if it got up there.
