    63 Carpet Installation

    One of my next steps in my 63 interior restoration is installation of a new carpet set. I bought the set 18 years ago at Carlisle and am finally ready to put it in. Fortunately, only one little mouse hole way in the back. Is there a good set of directions available anywhere that shows the sequence of the installation, adhesive type, etc.?

      Hi, the 63 AIM and Judging Guide will give you 99% of the installation. Any good 3M '90' grade spray adhesive should be fine. Check the archives for many good tips on the carpet. Coupe of conv.? Seat cut out paterns are in the JG. Good luck!
