'65 Drive Shaft Marking... What color(s) & Locations?

I'm about to reinstall the drive shaft on a '65 396 equipped Corvette. Are the marks that are painted all the way around the shaft diameter both green, both yellow or one of each? Are they at the front or rear? Are they at the opposite end of the balance weight?

Anyone have a picture?

James, if you check the archives there was a thread on this about a year ago, including pictures, Located at the differential end, I think red and green as I recall.

When I purchased my 396 it had already scored a few top flights, I was given copies of some of the sheets which had no deductions on the drive shaft. I have two stripes around the shaft - one is green and one orange they are more towards the front of the car. Car is in for a few repairs right now, when I cleaned it up a bit I ordered the paint kit from Quanta.
