Washers on a 1961 T-10?

Were any type of washers used on the side cover bolts on aluminum cased (61-62)T-10s?

From what I can tell, star washers were used on the front bearing retainer and none were used on the larger bolts holding the tail piece to the main case. But I am not sure about the side cover. Opinions?

I don't think that any washers were used on the side cover screws for T-10's. None were used on Muncie side cover screws, either.
