I don't have an example handy to picture for you. However, these were a pretty simple piece. They were a simple steel tube which was press-fit into the intake manifold and the outer end of the tube had a hose barb on it. I think the reproductions are pretty accurate. The original part number was GM #3860300 which was replaced in 1968 by GM #3921915. The latter was discontinued without supercession more than 25 years ago. I don't know how they differed but it couldn't have been much of a difference. Both were 1.6" long and 0.765" OD.
