I posted some time back about the original Dist. Rotor for the 55 Corvette which was original equipment to reduce Radio static. Any one interested here they are , some Corvette dealers change Big $$$ but now and then you can find them cheap on e-bay , as you see they were used on other then Corvette.

I dunno Roy; there's at least 3 NOS Delco units on eBay right now. Here's one; they vary from $7 to $15. These are in the orange/white pull-string boxes D-403 # 1917249. Don't know why such an ancient item should be still available, but no '55 Corvette NCRS owner has an excuse for not grabbing one now (rather than a Filko aftermarket). I've seen one in a modern box (red/white/blue) but seems not to have the resistor anti-static feature (although functionally equivalent to original).

AS you see they were used in many different models and works ,some people may not think of buying one because it cant be seen or judged
